Add the portal to your phone
  1. 1. Open in Safari

    If the link opened inside your text or email app, use its menu to open in Safari.

  2. 2. Tap Share

    Look for the square with an arrow pointing up. Depending on your Safari version, it may be inside the page menu.

  3. 3. Choose Add to Home Screen

    Scroll the share actions if needed. Keep Open as Web App enabled if shown, then tap Add.

  4. 4. Open the Trust Proof Admin icon

    Sign in with your admin CRM email and password.

You can keep using the browser if you prefer. Before leaving phone service, open My jobs and wait for Available offline on this phone. For job photos, keep your originals until the job shows Server saved.

Admin and crew accounts are separate. After signing in, use Switch view to open your crew account for testing.
